Decay | Fee Aviv
On her second EP Decay, Fee Aviv remains true to her artistic vision and opens a new chapter with more guitars, more depth and boldness to depart from conventional song structures and create a unique sound that clearly sets itself apart from the mainstream. Produced by Max Rieger (Die Nerven, Drangsal, Jungstötter, Stella Sommer) and Lukas Korn (Mia Morgan, Nils Keppel, Lyschko, Kerker, the EP spans an emotional arc from monumental hall-breakers like Aus Liebe Sterben to quite intimate, reduced piano pieces like Nothing, reflecting Fee Aviv’s inner feelings oscillating between vulnerability and radicalism.
The instruments used at this evening’s performance are:
Rough electric guitar riffs
Piano and lots of synthesizer pads
An electric bass
An autoharp
Drums
A computer
One or two voices
Existential dread
And lots of reverb
Have fun!
