SALLY – Mein Leben im Drag

Is drag misogynistic? Can I make kids turn into lesbians? And where are my shoes?

Sally is preparing for her drag-reading for „five-year-olds and up“ and wants to get everything right. She lives alone and should be tidying up her flat, but just doesn’t have the time. She has just finished putting on her make-up when she realises that she is a very fine person in a very mean town. Thoughts about sex and art keep distracting her and interfere with her preparations, though she really wanted to practice reading aloud!

This entertaining and flamboyant show by and with the dazzling Meo Wulf follows a drag queen right to the brink of despair. It’s a wild, hilarious ride through the Roter Salon including music and lip-sync acts, until all cases are prepared and the last fingernail is glued on.

Meo Wulf is a fascinating performer from Hamburg, Vienna, and Berlin, who captivates the audience with their cheeky performances. Enjoy the drag.

Note

We recommend a minimum age of 18 to attend the performance.
