Trust, Actually – Wie finden Medien und Zivilgesellschaft zueinander?

Trust, Actually – How Can the Media and Civil Society Find Common Ground? is a panel discussion featuring representatives from the media, civil society and academia on the topic of narratives and (new) alliances.

The evening will be divided into two thematic sections: a debate on the topic ‘Narratives Build Trust’, where existing (civil society/media) narratives and the willingness to discuss and, where necessary, modify them will be discussed; in the second part of the panel, the topic “Have existing narratives contributed to the current project ‘Restructuring Civil Society’ – What might solutions for the future look like?”, keywords: new alliances, civil society/media.

The “Cooperation Network for Diversity and Cohesion: Equal Opportunities in a Pluralistic Society” is a working group within the programme area “Development of a Federal Infrastructure” in the federal programme “Demokratie leben!”.

Organised by the Cooperation Network for Diversity and Cohesion (KVVZ), comprising the following organisations: Umbrella Association of Migrant Organisations in Germany e.V., Turkish Community in Germany e.V. (TGD), Federal Conference of Migrant Organisations e.V. (BKMO), Polish Social Council e.V. (PSR), Federal Association of Russian-speaking Parents e.V. (BVRE) and the New German Organisations e.V. (ndo).
